Today is the day that I free myself

I begged and pleaded, please don’t go away
Now I close my eyes and pretend to forget you, anyway
I hate this feeling and the way it has to be
The only time I hated you is when you gave up on me
But, let’s be honest we’re a great fucking match
And the only way you’ll remember is if I let go, and move on from our past
